D33pS33k Perpetual License Agreement

When you purchase products and services with the D33pS33k Perpetual License, the following perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-redistributable license license will apply.

A perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-redistributable license for digital goods as follows:

License Grant: The Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-redistributable license to use the digital goods and services (hereinafter referred to as “Licensed Goods” for purpose of personal and commercial use according to the following.

Usage Rights: The Licensee is permitted to use the Licensed Goods in accordance with the terms and conditions of this license. The Licensee is not authorized to sublicense, transfer, or assign this license to any third party, nor may the Licensee redistribute or make the Licensed Goods available to any third party. This license is good for use under one domain and/ or one website. If you need other licenses, please contact us.

License Term: This license is perpetual, meaning it continues indefinitely unless terminated by the Licensor in accordance with the termination provisions of this agreement.

Termination: The Licensor may terminate this license immediately if the Licensee breaches any of the terms and conditions of this agreement or for other unforeseen reasons. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Licensed Goods and destroy all copies of the Licensed Goods in their possession.

Ownership: The Licensor retains all ownership rights to the Licensed Goods, including all intellectual property rights. The Licensee acknowledges that they are granted only the limited rights specified in this license and that no other rights are granted, either by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The Licensed Goods are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this license or the Licensed Goods.

Governing Law: This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the Terms of Service.

Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Licensor and the Licensee regarding the use of the Licensed Goods and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this license.
